We have hiked over 347 miles to stand on the 48 highest points of earth in the state of New Hampshire. Can you believe that? We have wondered if we were going to make it and celebrated when we did. We have prayed for the end of the trail and thanked God when we saw the car. We have been blessed by magnificent take-your-breath-away views and blown away by the wind, cold, heat, ice, snow and rain. We are members of the elite AMC Four Thousand Footer Club. We recently received our 4,000-Footer patches and letters of congratulations. We're invited to the dinner in the spring where we will be presented with a scroll. Are we going? You betcha!
